Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and impeccable customer service.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge for men's sportswear, adapting presentation for in-store and remote clients.
- Leverage omni-channel selling tools, fleetwide inventory and in-store digital technology to convert sales and fulfil client needs.
- Set and achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and merchandising.
- Use social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic and sustain ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail selling, preferably within luxury or high-end fashion.
- Demonstrated styling expertise and strong knowledge of men's apparel and contemporary trends.
