This position reports to the Sales Manager and operates on an onsite, full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate long-term client relationships through elevated personal selling
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology-enabled wardrobing
- Service clients both in-store and digitally using the latest selling tools and omni-channel inventory systems
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize business approach to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology adoption
- Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional store traffic
- Showcase products differently based on whether client engagement is remote or in-person
- Create a positive collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion, and luxury retail experience
- Commission sales experience
- Proficiency with digital selling tools and technology platforms
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexible work schedule availability

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
