Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exemplary customer service.
- Provide expert styling and brand knowledge for handbags and related accessories; employ wardrobing techniques to increase basket size and client loyalty.
- Sell through both in‑store and remote channels, adapting presentation and product storytelling to the client’s context.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel/fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach and business planning to grow individual productivity.
- Use digital tools and social media to prospect, engage clients and drive intentional traffic.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment with peers and store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission‑based retail sales or clienteling, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
- Practical experience in styling and fashion retail merchandising with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and technology to service clients remotely and in‑store.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
