Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through elevated in-person and digital selling and personalised styling.
- Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge for fashion accessories, tailoring product presentations for remote versus in-store clients.
- Use digital selling tools, store technology, omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory to locate merchandise, execute sales and service clients.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and productivity planning.
- Leverage social media and other digital channels to drive intentional traffic and client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, customer-centric work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven success in commission-based retail sales and meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrable fashion retail and styling experience, preferably with luxury accessories.
