Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and impeccable service.
- Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to curate wardrobes and drive client conversion and repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach to grow personal productivity.
- Sell both in-store and remotely using digital store technology, selling tools and omni-channel / fleetwide inventory.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to engage clients and generate intentional traffic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive, customer-centric work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in fashion retail, styling or personal shopping.
- Commission-based sales experience and a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and remote selling technologies.
- Flexible schedule to support store operating hours and client appointments.
