Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling both in-store and via remote/omnichannel touchpoints to build lasting client relationships.
- Provide expert styling, product and brand guidance; curate wardrobes tailored to client needs and occasions.
- Leverage digital store technology, omnichannel inventory and selling tools to locate product and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic business planning.
- Use social media and digital outreach to engage clients and drive intentional foot traffic and online interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and support store initiatives and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
- Demonstrable experience styling clients and working in fashion retail.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools and omnichannel retail technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.

Experience
Retail sales experience with commission-based selling; experience advising and styling clients and using digital tools to sell is required. Candidate should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales targets and growing personal client business.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 14 to USD 25 per hour.
