Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor visual stylists by communicating clear direction, reviewing work quality, providing constructive feedback and recognition
- Recruit and retain visual talent, building a succession pipeline for future growth in partnership with the Visual Director
- Lead implementation of seasonal directives, merchandising guidelines, styling standards, and brand partner installations
- Maintain current store signing, mannequin presentations, weekly beauty setups, and photographic assignments
- Oversee daily store visual standards including signage accuracy, loss prevention compliance, floor maintenance and stock fill
- Collaborate with regional visual teams to execute seasonal and monthly creative directives such as holiday campaigns, window displays and in-store installations
- Communicate and monitor brand partner merchandising guidelines, monthly floor sets, photo reviews and daily maintenance standards
- Manage the store visual supply budget in partnership with the Senior Regional Product Supply Officer
- Conduct weekly store visual walkthroughs with the General Manager and attend all leadership meetings
- Build cross-functional relationships across store operations, sales, brand experience, brand partners and corporate teams to enhance customer-centric performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional visual merchandising experience
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to identify and solve complex operational challenges collaboratively
- Experience navigating multi-departmental projects and presenting recommendations at executive level
- Flexibility to work a schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs
- Physical capacity to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 10 pounds
Skills
Experience
3+ years of visual merchandising experience combined with 2+ years of leadership responsibility, demonstrating the ability to manage complex visual projects, partner effectively across organizational levels, and drive operational improvements within a luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in visual design, merchandising, retail management, or related field preferred.
