Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive overall store results and financial performance in line with company vision and values
  • Provide hands-on leadership to ensure high-performance results across all Operations Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage Profit & Loss and ensure store controllable expenses align with business trends
  • Oversee staffing levels and payroll expenses based on business trends to ensure adequate selling floor and support coverage
  • Build and lead a strong selling team that operates consistently with company standards and client experience objectives
  • Partner with Vice President/General Manager and Area Marketing Director to develop store strategies aligned with Top Client and Top Advisor initiatives
  • Directly oversee and develop a Core Management Team through consistent communication, coaching, and training
  • Lead recruitment efforts and actively hire and fill open positions with a sense of urgency
  • Work side-by-side on the sales floor to ensure operational, selling, and client needs are met
  • Execute all HR functions for the store, including performance management and employee relations
  • Set goals for associates in alignment with company objectives and recognize outstanding performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail leadership in a high-volume or luxury retail environment
  • Strong business acumen including understanding of Profit & Loss, payroll management, and controllable expenses
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team
  • Experience driving sales growth through client engagement strategies and team development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with hands-on capability
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Knowledge of HR processes and ability to execute HR functions effectively

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 94,799 to USD 118,499 per annum.
