Neiman Marcus in Dallas, TX seeks a part-time Operations Support Associate. Hourly $17.05–$21.32; support receiving, fulfillment and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring accuracy and condition of shipments.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; manage order fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and backstock; perform regular replenishment to sales floor.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage under manager/visual guidance to uphold merchandising standards.
- Support event and in-store activation setup and teardown; assist visual merchandising and sales teams as directed.
- Follow established inventory control procedures (markouts, damages, out-of-stock processes) and safety protocols for dock and work areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a store operations or stockroom role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing stairs and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays according to business needs.
- Demonstrated teamwork mindset with adaptability to competing priorities and a collaborative 'win together' approach.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

At least 1 year of retail experience, with hands-on exposure to receiving, stockroom management, or order fulfillment preferred.
