Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers with merchandise handling, transfers, and freight processing
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Perform merchandise placements and maintain visual and merchandising standards throughout the store
- Execute price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes including mark-downs and out-of-stock procedures
- Maintain organized and efficient stockroom operations, including back-stocking and inventory maintenance
- Merchandise product and set up sale events and signage under manager and visual guidance, ensuring compliance with standards
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention procedures on the dock and across all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced luxury retail environment with exposure to merchandise operations, fulfillment, or similar operational functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or logistics training is a plus.
