Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric luxury skincare consultations and personalised styling at the La Mer counter.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through in-person, remote and digital outreach.
- Leverage digital store technology, selling tools and omnichannel inventory to identify, present and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets within a commission-driven environment.
- Strategise and manage an individual book of business through targeted outreach, social media and proactive clienteling.
- Adapt product presentation and recommendations for remote versus in-person client engagements.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment through teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-driven retail selling; ability to set and meet sales goals.
- Demonstrable experience in fashion, beauty or luxury retail with strong styling knowledge.

- Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings and weekends as required by store operations.
