Role & Responsibilities
- Immediately welcome customers upon arrival and proactively offer assistance to ensure a welcoming environment
- Assess customer needs—special occasion, vendor preference, available time—and connect them with the appropriate Style Advisor
- Provide expert directions based on comprehensive knowledge of store layout and current merchandise assortment
- Leverage a strong network of relationships with Style Advisors to pair the right team member with each customer
- Educate customers about all in-store services and proactively recommend enhancements to personalize their shopping experience
- Demonstrate high energy and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting
- Resolve customer concerns quickly with limited supervision and identify solutions independently
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support store operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in customer-facing roles within luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and iPad
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred to better serve the diverse clientele
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.76 to USD 30.94 per hour.
