Role & Responsibilities
- Serve an assigned dining section with professional, gracious table service consistent with luxury standards.
- Provide detailed menu guidance using knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology.
- Recommend and serve wine, beer and spirits, applying proper technical and service procedures.
- Operate the POS and follow established accounting procedures for all transactions and payment methods.
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and execute pre-shift/post-shift and daily cleaning duties.
- Maintain dining room and workstation hygiene and presentation; ensure uniform and personal grooming standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, breaks and time-off requests with management and adhere to clock-in/out procedures.
- Perform light lifting and physical tasks required for service (up to 35 pounds) and maintain stamina for standing, bending and stair use.
Qualifications
- Experience serving food and beverage with knowledge of formal table service and order of service.
- Familiarity with wine, beer and spirits and proper beverage service techniques.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities in a hospitality or luxury retail setting.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and perform duties requiring standing and stair use.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience in restaurant or food & beverage service with demonstrated competency in formal table service, beverage knowledge and working in fast‑paced, guest‑facing luxury environments.
