Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team comprising multiple managers and store associates across several departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and partnerships with merchant teams and vendor partners to optimise merchandise presentation and assortment.
- Drive business performance through rigorous analysis, creation and implementation of store-level strategies aligned with company vision and sales targets.
- Oversee operational responsibilities of senior store leadership, including sales forecasting, goal-setting and implementation of corrective actions.
