Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, assessing their service needs and transitioning them to appropriate associates
- Serve across multiple store departments based on operational requirements
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Escalate complex issues gracefully to management while ensuring client satisfaction
- Follow up proactively on client requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations in coordination with the Operations team and management
- Assist with fitting room experiences and alterations management when required
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client experience through value-added services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, or delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric retail or hospitality roles
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively
- Familiarity with retail technologies and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
