Neiman Marcus seeks a Selling Assistant in San Diego to support Personal Stylists in delivering luxury retail experiences and client management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client thank you communications
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for VIP clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed clientele information and customer relationship management systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media engagement
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and maintained properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms through coordination with housekeeping services
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail background
- Ability to work flexible scheduling
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
