Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized service and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for women's apparel and accessories, advising clients both in-store and remotely.
- Drive sales using omnichannel inventory, digital selling tools and wardrobing techniques to increase conversion and average transaction value.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to connect with clients, generate traffic and support individualized selling strategies.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize and prioritize outreach to grow individual book of business.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail sales, preferably within fashion or luxury segments.
- Demonstrable experience styling clients and a strong command of fashion trends and brands.
- Comfortable using digital selling technology, omnichannel tools and social media for outreach and sales.
- Self-motivated with a track record of setting and meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent and availability for a flexible, onsite schedule.
