Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
- Serve clients both in-store and remotely, leveraging digital outreach and remote selling techniques to convert and retain customers.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to women's footwear and present product differently for remote versus in-person clients.
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, omni-channel inventory and wardrobing to drive sales and fulfill client needs.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and business planning.
- Use social media and digital channels to generate leads, guide traffic and engage the client base.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment and support team objectives; report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
- Experience selling on commission and working within a performance-based environment.
- Demonstrable styling, fashion and fashion-retail experience, preferably focused on women's footwear.
- Comfortable using technology for client engagement and remote selling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekend shifts.
