Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
- Sell both in-store and remotely using digital outreach, social media and clienteling tools to convert traffic and build repeat business.
- Leverage digital store technology, omni-channel inventory and wardrobing strategies to present product and close sales.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets and proactively manage personal business growth.
- Collaborate with the store team to create an engaging client experience and support store initiatives and merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience in fashion retail, preferably in footwear or apparel.
- Demonstrated styling and fashion retail experience with a strong fashion sensibility.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and conducting remote client outreach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Experience
Experience selling in fashion or luxury retail environments with a track record of meeting sales targets and using digital tools for outreach and remote selling. Prior commission sales and footwear-specific experience preferred.
Education
