Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exemplary customer service.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge for women's footwear, advising clients both in-person and remotely.
- Leverage selling tools and digital store technology, including omni-channel and fleetwide inventory, to close sales.
- Strategize and execute outreach and wardrobing activities to grow personal business and client conversion rates.
- Use social media and digital tools to generate intentional traffic and maintain client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store environment and contribute to team objectives.
- Work scheduled shifts primarily Friday through Sunday (6–7.5 hour shifts) and maintain schedule flexibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience in retail, preferably within fashion or footwear.
- Demonstrated experience with digital selling tools, remote client outreach and social media engagement.
- Strong styling, fashion and footwear knowledge with the ability to advise clients authoritatively.
- Motivated, targets-driven with the ability to set and achieve personal sales and conversion goals.
- Flexible availability to work weekend shifts and adapt to a retail schedule.
Skills
Experience
Experience in fashion retail sales with a track record of commission-driven performance, clienteling and use of digital selling tools is required. Prior footwear or styling experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
