Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client‑first service and cultivate long‑term relationships through personalised styling and active follow‑up.
- Sell women’s footwear both in‑store and remotely using digital selling tools, social media and wardrobing techniques.
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge to style clients and drive conversion.
- Leverage omnichannel and fleetwide inventory to source product and close sales.
- Set and achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; track and strategize individual business growth.
- Use store technology and clienteling platforms to manage outreach, appointments and client records.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail background with confidence advising on footwear.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, social media outreach and clienteling technology.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
