Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and expert styling advice focused on women's footwear.
- Drive sales performance by achieving personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets using both in‑store and digital channels.
- Use omni‑channel inventory and digital store technology to service remote and in‑person clients, including outreach, virtual consultations and follow‑up.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to generate intentional traffic, expand client base and support promotional campaigns.
- Adapt product presentation and styling approach depending on whether the interaction is remote or face‑to‑face.
- Collaborate with store team to create a positive work environment and execute visual and merchandising standards when required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and meet sales goals; commission selling experience preferred.
