Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated service and personalized styling.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; proactively manage a personal client portfolio.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to women's footwear and related categories.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and omni‑channel inventory to engage clients and close sales, both in‑store and remotely.
- Adapt product presentation and storytelling depending on whether the client is in‑person or remote.
- Strategize personal outreach and merchandising to increase productivity and repeat business.

Qualifications
- Proven success in commission‑based retail sales, preferably within fashion/footwear.
