Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized service and expert styling.
- Deliver exceptional in-store and digital client experiences using omni-channel selling techniques and store technologies.
- Use digital clienteling and social media to drive outreach, traffic and conversion; leverage wardrobing to increase lifetime value.
- Employ company selling tools and fleetwide inventory visibility to locate product and close sales across channels.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach and productivity to grow individual business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-centric work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience selling on commission and familiarity with fashion retail selling metrics.
- Demonstrated styling, fashion knowledge and retail experience in women's apparel.
- Comfortable with technology and experience selling to clients using digital tools and social platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and client needs.

Retail selling experience in fashion, preferably in women's ready-to-wear, with proven results in commission-based roles and familiarity with digital selling and clienteling tools. Specific years of experience are not required but relevant track record is preferred.
