Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client-centric service to in-store and remote clients with a consultative focus on women's footwear.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, wardrobe curation (wardrobing) and bespoke styling.
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and omnichannel inventory to identify product, close sales and fulfil client needs.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; manage a personal book of business and prioritize high-value outreach.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive, productive work environment and support merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven track record of commission-based retail selling and meeting measurable sales goals.
- Demonstrable experience in fashion styling or footwear merchandising within a retail environment.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools and remote client engagement.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts as required by the store schedule.
