Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, client-focused selling and styling for women's footwear both in-store and via digital channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, wardrobe planning (wardrobing) and personalised appointments.
  • Use omni-channel tools and fleetwide inventory to locate product, complete transactions and fulfil client requests.
  • Leverage store technology, digital selling tools and social media to drive traffic, conversion and repeat business.
  • Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; monitor and strategize individual business performance.
  • Adapt presentation and product storytelling to suit remote clients versus in-person shoppers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented sales floor environment.
  • Maintain expert brand and product knowledge to articulate trends, fit and styling solutions with authority.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion retail, styling or footwear sales; commission-selling background preferred.
  • Comfortable and experienced selling with digital tools and technology-driven outreach.
  • Strong motivation and ability to set and meet individual sales goals.
  • Flexible availability to meet the demands of a retail schedule.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
