Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and impeccable service.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for women's designer ready‑to‑wear, both in‑store and via remote/digital channels.
- Leverage digital tools, social media and omni‑channel selling technology to source inventory, conduct outreach and close sales.
- Use fleetwide inventory and digital store systems to fulfill client needs and optimize conversion.
- Set and pursue personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize individual business growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client‑focused store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
