Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling and exemplary customer service both in-store and digitally.
- Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of designer brands, trends and product assortments to advise clients and close sales.
- Utilize digital selling tools, omni-channel inventory and remote outreach technology to source product and convert clients.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing objectives; manage a client portfolio and strategize outreach.
- Leverage social media and digital channels to drive intentional traffic and engagement with clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive store environment through teamwork and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and ability to set and achieve sales targets, preferably in a commission environment.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and mobile/remote selling technologies.
- Demonstrated styling, fashion knowledge and prior fashion retail experience.
- Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
