Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric selling and personalised styling to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge across women’s designer assortments and advise clients on trends and wardrobe composition.
- Leverage digital store technology, omni-channel inventory and remote selling tools to present product and close sales both in-person and virtually.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and proactive clienteling.
- Use social media and digital tools to generate intentional traffic and nurture client engagement.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation with a track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
- Experience selling on a commission basis and familiarity with luxury or fashion retail.
- Comfortable using technology for remote selling and digital client outreach.
- Styling or fashion merchandising experience with strong product presentation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent and the ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
