Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and expert styling.
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge to advise clients on trends and wardrobes both in-store and remotely.
- Leverage digital selling tools, in-store technology, omni-channel inventory, and social media to prospect, convert, and service clients.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and business planning.
- Tailor presentation and selling approach depending on whether the client interaction is remote or in-person.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail, or personal shopping.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and mobile/CRM technology for client outreach.
