Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service and personalised styling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and trend knowledge across women's contemporary collections and provide expert wardrobe consultation (wardrobing).
- Sell both in-store and remotely using omni-channel inventory, digital store technology and company selling tools.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; proactively plan outreach to grow individual sales book.
- Use social media and digital tools to engage clients, generate intentional traffic and support remote selling.
