Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated in‑person and remote selling and personalized styling.
- Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge to advise clients on trends, fit and wardrobe composition.
- Leverage digital store technology, omni‑channel inventory and selling tools to source product and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and grow an owned client book.
- Use social media and digital outreach to generate traffic, conduct remote appointments and drive repeat business.
- Strategize individual business growth by prioritizing outreach, wardrobing and efficient use of technology.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment with peers and store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
