Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised styling, proactive outreach, and exceptional in-store and remote service.
- Deliver elevated selling by demonstrating expert product and brand knowledge specific to women's apparel and fashion trends.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel inventory to identify, source and present product for both in‑store and remote clients.
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach, social media engagement and technology-enabled selling.
- Strategise and manage individual business development—prioritising outreach, clienteling and inventory utilisation to maximise productivity.
