Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and expert styling.
- Deliver authoritative product and trend guidance for women's apparel both in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Leverage digital store technology, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source product and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and grow an individual client book.
- Plan and execute proactive outreach using digital tools and social media to generate intentional traffic and sales.
- Adapt presentation and selling approach depending on whether the client interaction is remote or in-person.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive floor environment and support team-driven commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable styling, fashion and apparel retail knowledge.
- Comfortable and experienced using digital selling tools and remote client outreach.
- Self-motivated with a track record of setting and meeting sales goals.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and shifting business needs.

Experience
Previous experience in commission-driven fashion or luxury retail with demonstrated success in styling clients and selling via both in-person and digital channels.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
