Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach while delivering expert styling and brand knowledge across in-store and digital channels
- Utilize selling tools and omni-channel technology to access fleetwide inventory and optimize client wardrobe building
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing benchmarks through strategic business development
- Demonstrate proficiency with digital store technology and social media platforms to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
- Showcase product expertise differently for remote versus in-person clients, adapting presentation strategy accordingly

Qualifications
- Demonstrated styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Proven commission sales background with consistent achievement of sales targets
