Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exemplary service both in‑store and via digital channels.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge; present merchandise differently to remote versus in‑person clients.
- Leverage store technology, omnichannel and fleetwide inventory to identify, source and close sales opportunities.
- Execute wardrobing strategies, targeted outreach and digital selling to achieve individual sales, conversion and productivity goals.
- Use social media and digital outreach to generate intentional traffic and deepen client engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high‑performing work environment and support store initiatives.
- Work onsite at the Scottsdale location and report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission‑based sales experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Demonstrable styling and fashion retail knowledge with the ability to advise clients authoritatively.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, omnichannel systems and social media for client outreach.
- Self‑motivated with a track record of setting and meeting sales goals and a flexible availability to support store needs.

Experience
Experience in fashion retail with commission‑based selling and client‑facing styling is required; prior use of digital outreach tools and omnichannel workflows preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.90 per hour.
