Neiman Marcus in San Francisco seeks a part-time Selling Advisor (weekends) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales. $17.00–$25.30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and exemplary customer service.
- Sell both in-store and remotely using digital store technology, omni-channel inventory and selling tools to maximise conversions and average transaction value.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic business planning.
- Adapt product presentation and styling approach for in-person versus remote clients, leveraging visual merchandising and digital demonstrations.
- Use digital tools and social media to engage clients and drive intentional store and digital traffic.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a professional, positive and service-focused work environment.
- Work onsite at the specified San Francisco location and report to the Sales Manager; role requires weekend availability.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail selling, ideally within fashion or luxury apparel.
- Experience styling clients and strong knowledge of fashion trends and designer ready-to-wear.
- Comfortable using technology for outreach and sales, including remote selling tools and omni-channel inventory systems.
- Motivated, target-driven with the ability to set and achieve personal sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in luxury fashion retail, commission-based selling and client styling. Prior exposure to remote selling or digital client outreach and omnichannel workflows is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
