Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate expert styling and comprehensive brand knowledge to drive sales and wardrobing success
- Utilize digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel technology to connect with clients and manage client engagement
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Showcase products effectively across both in-person and remote selling channels, tailoring presentation to client context
- Leverage omnichannel and fleetwide inventory systems to provide product availability solutions and drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support store operations
