Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and provide expert styling and brand knowledge to enhance client experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in digital store technology and omni-channel inventory systems to facilitate sales across in-store and remote channels
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Strategize individual business development initiatives to increase productivity through wardrobing coordination, client outreach, and technology adoption
- Utilize digital tools, social media, and omni-channel platforms to engage clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience in fashion retail with styling and trend expertise
- Proven track record in commission-based sales environments
- Proficiency with digital selling tools and omni-channel technology platforms
Skills
Experience
Commission sales experience in fashion retail with demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals. Technology proficiency in digital client engagement and remote selling environments.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
