Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and selling.
- Discuss fashion and trends with authority in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, using technology and wardrobing to improve sales.
- Present products differently according to whether clients are remote or in person.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, omnichannel capabilities and fleetwide inventory to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
- Develop an individual business strategy to increase productivity through wardrobing, effective outreach and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
- Foster a positive work environment through collaboration.
Qualifications
- Motivation and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Experience in styling, fashion and fashion retail.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
