Neiman Marcus seeks a Selling Advisor in Northbrook, IL to deliver elevated client service and omnichannel sales at Neiman Marcus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, expert styling, and personalised service both in-store and via digital channels.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic clienteling.
- Leverage digital selling tools, omni-channel platforms and fleetwide inventory to locate product, close sales and fulfil client needs.
- Tailor product presentation and styling approach depending on whether the client interaction is remote or in-person.
- Use social media and digital outreach to drive intentional store traffic and deepen client engagement.
- Contribute to a collaborative, customer-centric store environment and support team initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated experience in fashion retail, personal styling or luxury sales; commission sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail, styling, or commission-based selling is preferred; specific years not required but demonstrable sales performance and familiarity with digital selling tools are expected.
