Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exemplary service both in-store and via remote/digital outreach.
- Demonstrate authoritative styling and brand knowledge to advise clients and increase wardrobe sales (wardrobing).
- Utilize digital selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory (fleetwide inventory) to identify, source and close sales.
- Drive individual performance metrics: personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets, and execute proactive outreach strategies.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate intentional client traffic and support business growth.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven commission-driven retail sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience in fashion styling, luxury retail or personal shopping with strong brand and trend awareness.
- Comfortable using technology for selling and clienteling, including digital outreach and in-store digital tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules in a retail environment.
