Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long‑term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised service and expert styling.
- Deliver authoritative product and trend advice for menswear both in‑store and via remote/digital channels.
- Utilise digital store technology and selling tools to execute omni‑channel sales and access fleetwide inventory.
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing objectives to meet and exceed individual targets.
- Strategise and manage an individual client business — including outreach, wardrobing and technology‑enabled selling — to increase productivity.
- Engage clients via digital tools and social media to generate intentional traffic and nurture relationships.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission‑based retail selling, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel.
- Demonstrable experience with digital selling tools and remote client engagement.
- Strong styling sensibility and prior fashion retail experience, specifically in menswear preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.

Experience selling on commission in a fashion or luxury retail environment, with a track record of styling clients and using digital/remote selling channels.
