Neiman Marcus is hiring a Selling Advisor - Menswear in Dallas, TX. Onsite retail role focused on clienteling, styling and omni‑channel sales. Hourly $10–$25.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert product and brand knowledge for menswear assortments; advise clients on trends, fit and wardrobe building.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and remote‑selling technology to service clients both in-store and remotely.
- Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales across channels.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, conversion and wardrobing objectives through strategic clienteling and outreach.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive team environment and drive intentional traffic to the business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion menswear.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail background with confident product presentation skills.
- Proficiency with digital selling tools, social media and omni‑channel processes.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet client and store needs.
