Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized service and consultative styling.
- Drive sales performance by achieving personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Utilize omni-channel selling techniques, fleetwide inventory and in-store digital technology to present and close sales for both in-person and remote clients.
- Perform expert styling and product curation tailored to clients' needs and occasions.
- Execute proactive outreach and client engagement using digital tools and social media to generate traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive work environment and deliver a consistent luxury guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated success in commission-based retail selling.
- Experience in fashion styling, men's apparel, or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule with weekend availability; this role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Education
