Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised outreach, styling and follow-up across in-store and digital channels.
- Deliver elevated, consultative selling—demonstrating authoritative product and trend knowledge tailored to menswear clientele.
- Utilise omni-channel selling tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to identify, source and present merchandise.
- Drive personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic prospecting, outreach and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, service-driven environment and support store initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; comfortable working on a commission structure.
- Demonstrable experience selling via digital tools and remote/clienteling technologies.
- Background in styling, fashion or retail merchandising—preferably with menswear expertise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by store operations.

Experience
Experience in commission-driven retail sales with proven results; prior experience styling or selling menswear and using digital/clienteling technologies to engage clients is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
