Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric service on the sales floor and via remote/digital channels to build long-term client relationships.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge for men's sportswear; advise clients on trends, fit and wardrobe composition.
- Drive sales using omni-channel tools, digital store technology, fleetwide inventory and wardrobing strategies.
- Conduct proactive outreach and clienteling via social media and digital selling tools to generate appointments and conversion.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive selling environment and execute merchandising and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or menswear.
- Demonstrable styling or personal-shopping experience with strong knowledge of men’s sportswear.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, omni-channel platforms and social media for client outreach.
- Highly motivated with a track record of setting and meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasons.

Experience
Previous experience in fashion retail sales with commission-based targets and hands-on styling or client advisory responsibilities is required. Experience selling via digital channels and using retail technology is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
