Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and exceptional customer service across in-store and digital channels.
- Demonstrate authoritative styling and brand knowledge for menswear assortments and deploy wardrobing techniques to increase lifetime client value.
- Utilise selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory (fleetwide inventory) to source product and close sales for both remote and in-person clients.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach, social media engagement and technology-enabled selling.
- Strategise and manage personal business activity to increase productivity, including targeted outreach, appointment setting and follow-up.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and support store initiatives and promotional activations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Proven commission-based selling experience in fashion retail or luxury goods.
- Demonstrable styling experience and strong knowledge of menswear trends and brands.
- Comfortable and experienced with selling via digital tools, social media and remote client engagement.
- Flexible schedule availability to support retail hours, events and client appointments.
