Role & Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients through elevated selling, personalised service and expert styling.
- Sell via in-store and remote channels using omni-channel processes, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach to grow individual productivity.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and trend knowledge to position merchandise appropriately for in-person and remote clients.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to engage clients, drive intentional traffic and support outreach campaigns.
- Contribute to a collaborative, client-centric work environment and support store initiatives and merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury apparel.
- Demonstrable styling and fashion retail experience with strong product knowledge.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, omni‑channel workflows and social media outreach.
- Ability to set and achieve measurable sales goals and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Previous experience in fashion retail with commission-based selling and demonstrated success meeting sales targets; experience selling to clients using digital tools and social channels is required.
Education
