Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated in-person and digital selling and personalised styling.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets using omni-channel strategies.
- Utilize digital store technology, selling tools and fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Deliver authoritative product and trend knowledge for menswear and advise clients on wardrobe-building.
- Execute remote outreach and social media engagement to drive traffic and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive work environment and support visual merchandising and campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience or comparable client-facing selling roles.
- Demonstrable styling, fashion retail or menswear experience with strong product and trend awareness.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, omni‑channel systems and social media for client outreach.
- Motivated, target-driven with a flexible schedule to support store hours and events.

Experience
Previous retail or commission sales experience is required; experience selling to clients via digital tools and demonstrated styling ability in fashion or menswear is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The successful candidate will be located in Plano, Texas, USA, with easy access to Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
